FITNESS ISN’T MY JOB, IT IS MY VOCATION.

 

I’m Chris Agostini, a personal trainer and sports massage therapist based in London. I chose this profession because I believe training should improve your life, not just your physique.

I began working as a personal trainer over 10 years ago after completing a BSc in Science in Italy. From the start, my focus has been on helping people train better, move better, and feel stronger in a way that makes sense long term. Over time, this approach has been shaped by experience, continued education, and working closely with a wide range of clients.

Today, I provide personal training in London for people with different backgrounds, experience levels, and goals, from those just starting out to experienced gym-goers who want more structure and direction.

HOW I WORK

My approach is calm, focused, and supportive. Training should be effective, safe, and enjoyable, without unnecessary pressure.

I place a strong emphasis on correct technique, movement quality, and training that progresses at the right pace. Every programme is built around the individual. I take time to understand how you move, how you train, and what you want to achieve, so each session has a clear purpose. Sessions are focused but relaxed, and you’ll always understand what we’re working on and why.

WHO I WORK WITH

I work with men and women of all ages who want to feel stronger, fitter, and more confident in their bodies.

Many of the men I train want to build muscle, increase strength, improve body composition, or lean out in a structured and realistic way. I guide that process with clear training, good technique, and steady progression.

I also work with women who want to stay in good shape, feel fit and energised, and train in a way that supports their health, posture, and everyday life.

Whatever your goal, training is always adapted to your level, lifestyle, and preferences.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

I combine hands-on experience with a solid educational background so that every training decision is well thought through.

My qualifications include Level 3 Personal Training, Level 5 Sports Massage Therapy, Poliquin PICP Levels 1 and 2, and Precision Nutrition. I continue to study and refine my approach to maintain a consistently high standard of coaching.
