With a passion for self-improvement and helping others, I became a personal trainer over 10 years ago after earning a BSc in Science in Italy. After moving to the UK, I committed fully to the fitness industry to provide smarter, results-driven coaching.
I’ve trained clients of all ages and experience levels, from complete beginners to advanced gymgoers, helping them achieve goals such as fat loss, muscle building, strength development, and lifestyle improvement.
Each 1-to-1 personal training session in London is tailored to your fitness level and designed to deliver measurable results.
My qualifications include LEVEL 3 PERSONAL TRAINING, LEVEL 5 SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPY, POLIQUIN PICP 1 & 2, and PRECISION NUTRITION.
